Rose Spice, Co-Owner of Spice Custom Homes, LLC, General Partner of Triumph Lending, LLC and Realtor® Associate at Nan and Company Properties, LLC.
Rose Spice is a real estate agent with grit and resilience. She’s experienced, effective, and efficient—which is why she has been able to build such an impressive client base over the years. She is committed to networking and searching to the ends of the earth to find and connect buyers and sellers.
Rose is a Houston native who has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. She started when she was still in college, where she earned Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance. In 1999, she began working in the mortgage lending industry, climbing the ranks from Processor to General Partner in just a few years where she continues to maintain her RMLO license. In 2016, she started flipping residential properties and custom building homes building relations with local architects, surveyors, inspectors, city officials and more.
She specializes in residential real estate with passion for high end luxury homes. Rose has been able to successfully navigate the ever-changing landscape of the industry and has earned a reputation as a trusted expert. Her clients know that they can count on her expertise and dedication when buying or selling their home—and that’s why they call her back time after time when they are ready for a change!

Because she’s been intimately involved with real estate from start to finish, she has a better perspective on how to make sure you get the highest ROI possible.
She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Professionals. Rose also volunteers by giving back to the Houston community with participation in Habitat for Humanity- Home Construction, as well as donating to various charities.
When she’s not at work, you can find Rose on the beach in the summer and skiing in the mountains in the winter.
